We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its outlets, bakery, catering and events activities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor operational performance and provide reports and recommendations to management. Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Procurement, Stores and other teams. Lead operational teams, driving accountability, productivity and adherence to standards. Respond quickly to operational challenges and develop practical, creative solutions. Implement and maintain SOPs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Monitor service and food quality, cleanliness, stock control and operational costs. Oversee daily operations across HFC’s business units and ensure effective coordination. Coordinate operational requirements: for catering, events and other special activities. Requirements: Strong attention to detail, communication, organisation and decision-making skills. Strong practical understanding of high-volume restaurant operations, including service, kitchen, stock and daily workflow. Minimum of 5 years of experience: in operations management or a senior supervisory role, preferably within a restaurant, eatery or QSR environment. Experience: with astructured, reputable QSR or restaurant brand will be an added advantage. Ability to think on their feet, make sound decisions and develop practical, creative solutions to operational challenges. Strong knowledge of SOPs, inventory, stock control and cost management. Proven experience: leading teams and managing operational performance.
