The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies that grow online communities, increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Create engaging content and storytelling campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Facebook Grow and nurture online communities through meaningful engagement and relationship building. Drive customer acquisition and conversions through organic social initiatives. Well-versed in asset distribution, redistribution, repurposing, planning and managing social media assets, not just ticking \'content calendar\' boxes. Monitor social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand relevant. Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop campaigns that support business goals. Work with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach. Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities. Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement, reach, website traffic, leads, and conversions. Continuously test, measure, and optimise content formats, messaging, and campaigns based on performance insights. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in growth marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing. Demonstrated success growing brands through organic social media. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills. Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices. Fintech experience: is compulsory.
