Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Monitoring system performance and identifying potential technical issues before they lead to breakdowns. Providing technical support to customers and responding promptly to service and maintenance requests. Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and technical manuals. Carrying out repairs and replacements of faulty components and equipment. Performing system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance. Installing, maintaining, and servicing renewable energy systems, including solar power systems and related equipment. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, installations, and equipment performance. Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, inverter, battery, and solar system faults. Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and renewable energy equipment. Ensuring all installations and repairs comply with technical, safety, and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience: in solar installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Good understanding of health, safety, and electrical safety procedures. Must be willing to work on-site and travel to client locations when required. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to use basic electrical testing and diagnostic tools effectively. HND / B.Sc. Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and basic power systems. Good knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and related electrical components. 4–5 years of relevant experience: as a technician, preferably in the Renewable Energy / Solar Energy Industry.
