The role involves managing site personnel and activities, ensuring all tasks are executed effectively, within scope, and in line with established timelines. We are seeking to employ a Facilities Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive environment for staff, customers, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant stakeholders. Maintain and enforce safety and quality standards on site Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. Ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with set timelines.Interpret and translate technical drawings and blueprints into actionable plans. Coordinate and supervise site workers and contractors. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained. Develop and manage work schedules for site personnel. Oversee and monitor the progress of all site activities. Allocate equipment and manpower required for project execution. Review daily site operations and recommend improvement measures where necessary. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience: in budget management and project scheduling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Estate Management, or a related field; alternatively, significant hands-on experience: in any of these fields will be considered. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
