Key Responsibilities: Assist in distributing clean linens and uniforms to relevant departments. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report shortages. Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to the supervisor. Apply appropriate cleaning methods and detergents based on fabric type and care instructions. Ensure all guest laundry is handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality. Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards. Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines. Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry. Respond promptly to laundry requests from guests and hotel departments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
