Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other assigned channels. Represent the brand professionally and comply with company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams. Promote products, campaigns, new launches, and special offers. Prepare periodic sales performance reports. Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the Operations team for timely order fulfillment. Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and achieving assigned sales targets. Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints professionally. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience: in online sales, customer service, social media sales, or e-commerce. Proven experience: achieving sales targets through social media platforms. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Training or certification in Sales, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management is an added advantage. Experience: in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
