The jobholder is to support the efficient operation of the store by receiving, recording, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials and inventory, while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring that materials are readily available when required. Job Details Requisition Handling Receiving Orders Maintaining Electronic Document Records day-to-day warehousing and stock control/inventory management efforts inventory control and supporting the Store team in daily operations. SAP transactions Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a reputable tertiary institution Two (2) years of work experience, within a reputable and structured organisation General Administration experience: Previous experience: in warehouse/store/inventory operations Practical experience: with SAP S/4HANA / Inventory Management or other ERP/WMS inventory management systems would be preferred Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material movements Excellent Excel (key requirement) and reporting skills Good attention to detail and documentation skills Technical Competencies: Logistics Management Analytical & Critical Thinking Effective Communication Teamplaying Time Management Health Safety And Environment Focus Material and Inventory Management Data Management General Administration.
