Key Responsibilities: Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for operations. Track vehicle movement and ensure adherence to assigned routes and schedules. Liaise with drivers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other operational activities. Monitor drivers, vehicles, routes, schedules, and trip activities. Support the management of vehicle documentation, servicing, repairs, and renewals. Prepare regular operational reports for management. Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations. Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: Good knowledge of transportation and fleet operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to monitor and coordinate drivers effectively. Strong attention to detail and accountability.
