We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resource Manager Location: Lagos, Nigeria Employment: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems. Promote a positive, professional, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, staff welfare, and other employee-related matters. Establish and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, appraisals, and staff development plans. Develop strategies for employee retention, engagement, motivation, and career development. Stay updated on HR best practices, employment regulations, and industry trends. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant staff training programs.
