We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Gas Plant Supervisor Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Administration to support business goals. Prepare and submit regular operational reports, including production performance, efficiency, maintenance activities, and key operational challenges. Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements: through effective quality control. Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Oversee the safe distribution and transportation of LPG products. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency response procedures. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliability. Ensure effective communication across departments to support efficient business operations. Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to maintain a safe workplace. Manage inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of operational materials. Monitor gas processing activities and ensure operational parameters meet required standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements. Ensure company assets, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and secured. Supervise the daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure smooth and efficient production. Requirements: Interested candidates should possess a HND / Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
