Lead administrative planning and contribute to the development of Center‑wide strategic plans, policies, and operational frameworks. Oversee the implementation of administrative components of annual operational plans and budgets, ensuring efficient and responsible use of resources. Develop, update, and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the Center. Assume expanded administrative leadership responsibilities: when the Center Director is unavailable to ensure continuity of operations and decision-making.
