Establish and uphold engineering standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. Drive business engagements that produce desired revenue outcomes Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Foster talent development and mentoring within the engineering team, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth. The Head of Engineering Services will oversee all engineering functions within the organization, ensuring project quality, technical excellence, and alignment with client needs and corporate objectives. Provide technical leadership and support to engineering teams, promoting problem-solving and innovation. Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles. Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client requirements. Manage engineering project proposals and initiatives, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations. Person Profile / Experience: Required Master’s degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships across departments. Minimum of 15 years of experience: in Engineering management, technical leadership, and project management roles. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in engineering software. Strong knowledge of relevant engineering disciplines (well cementing, electrical, drilling, construction, etc.).
