We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Area Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality outlets within an assigned region. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor branch performance against sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic. Prepare periodic operational reports and present business performance updates to senior management.
