The Aisle Attendant will be responsible for keeping assigned supermarket aisles well-organized, properly stocked, clean, and attractive to customers. Key Responsibilities: Ensure products are properly arranged according to category and display standards. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards. Remove expired, damaged, or defective products from display and report them. Assist in preventing product damage, wastage, and stock losses. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned aisles. Check product labels, prices, and expiry dates regularly. Monitor customer activity around assigned aisles and report any concerns. Arrange and replenish products on assigned shelves and aisles. Report missing, damaged, or misplaced products to the supervisor. Assist customers in locating products and provide basic information about products. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock when required. Ensure shelves are properly stocked, neat, and well-organized. Support regular stock counts and inventory checks. Monitor stock levels and notify the appropriate supervisor when products are running low. Ensure products are displayed with the correct price tags. Assist with general supermarket duties when required. Requirements: Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Good organizational skills. Minimum of OND or higher is an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Must be willing to work 15 days per month as scheduled. Basic computer literacy is an advantage. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Honest, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. Previous experience: as an aisle attendant, shop attendant, sales attendant, merchandiser, or in a supermarket/retail environment.
