Generate, qualify, and manage leads from different channels. Develop relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients, schools, organisations, and individual customers. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, networking, and other appropriate channels. Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations where required. Coordinate meetings and consultations with prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions using the company's CRM or other approved tools. Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Operations teams to support lead conversion and customer retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
