They are seeking a hardworking, organised and detail-oriented Laundry Officer to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Follow the hotel’s hygiene, safety and chemical-handling procedures. Monitor detergents and other laundry supplies and report low stock promptly. Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and arrange hotel linens, towels and uniforms. Operate washing machines, dryers, irons and other laundry equipment safely. Identify stains and apply suitable cleaning methods without damaging fabrics. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area. Inspect items for stains, damage or missing pieces before and after washing. Report faulty equipment and maintenance issues immediately. Process guests’ laundry carefully and within the required timeframe. Requirements: Physical fitness and willingness to perform laundry duties. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Previous experience: in hotel laundry or a similar role is an advantage. Ability to handle guests’ belongings responsibly. Good time-management and communication skills. Knowledge of washing, ironing and fabric-care procedures. Good personal hygiene, honesty and attention to detail.
