Key Responsibilities: Engage customers professionally during the retrieval process. Escalate difficult, disputed, or high-risk cases to the appropriate supervisor. Report successful and unsuccessful retrieval attempts to the supervisor. Use Google Maps/GPS and other navigation tools to locate customers. Track and locate motorcycles assigned for recovery. Retrieve motorcycles from customers in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform other field duties as assigned by management. Ensure all retrieved motorcycles are properly documented and handed over. Visit customer locations to facilitate motorcycle retrieval. Maintain accurate records of all retrieved motorcycles and field activities. Conduct basic address verification and confirm customer location details. Submit daily field reports and provide updates on assigned cases. Requirements: Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory. Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas. Must be physically fit and comfortable working extensively in the field. Previous experience: in bike recovery/retrieval, field collections, logistics, debt recovery, address verification, or related roles is an advantage. Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification. Must be responsible, honest, disciplined, and accountable. Ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Motorcycle riding experience: is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely. Ability to use Google Maps/GPS for navigation.
