We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Human Resources Manager Job Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive initiatives that support the organziation's growth and business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, policy implementation, compliance, and staff engagement. The idea candidate must possess strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, and the ability to build a high performing and motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures,and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction process for new employees. Manage employee relation by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Coordinate performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans. Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, leave management, and HR records. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Prepare periodic HR reports and provide strategic HR insights to management. Advise management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting professionalism and accountability, and high performance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience, with at least (2) years in a managerial role. Previous HR experience: in a bank, mircofinance bank, or other financial institution will be an added advantage. Profession certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or any related HR certification is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Information System (HRIS) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
