Key Responsibilities: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of outlet data. Support the onboarding and activation of newly identified outlets. Analyse outlet clusters and recommend efficient route-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Route-to-Market, and Trade Marketing teams to drive successful project execution. Verify outlet locations, business classifications, and sales potential. Identify untapped market opportunities and prioritize outlets for expansion. Register and maintain accurate outlet information using the company's database and Sales Force Automation (SFA) system. Prepare regular field reports, market insights, and coverage updates. Conduct field mapping and identify new retail outlets within assigned territories. Requirements: Good understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) and distribution operations. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Possess a minimum of OND or equivalent qualification in any discipline with 1 – 2 years' experience: in FMCG sales, field sales, merchandising, distribution, or a related role.
