Bisimkha Homes is looking for a creative, digitally savvy and strategic Social Media & Content Creative to help build and grow our real estate brand across digital platforms. This is not simply a posting job. We need someone who understands content, storytelling, audience engagement and the how/why content works. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms. Create engaging carousels, graphics, thumbnails and other visual content. Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, posts and other formats. Write compelling captions and content copy. Use AI tools creatively to develop stories, content ideas and visual assets. Schedule and publish content consistently. Monitor engagement and basic analytics and use insights to improve content. Support content campaigns, property launches and special projects. Stay aware of current social media trends and formats. Work closely with the Visual Content Producer and management. Requirements: Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree Proven experience: managing social media/content for a brand or organization. Strong Canva/design and content creation skills. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Strong writing and communication skills. Creative eye and ability to tell stories visually. Comfortable using AI-assisted content creation tools. Ability to think strategically rather than simply follow instructions. Strong organization, consistency and attention to detail. Experience: in real estate, property, finance or related industries is an advantage. Competitive (N150,000 - N200,000 monthly), based on experience: and capability.
