Lead, mentor, and manage designers, illustrators, and motion graphics specialists. Ensure brand consistency across websites, games, social media, CRM campaigns, and promotional materials. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to create engaging player experiences. Review and approve creative concepts, artwork, and campaign assets before publication. Stay current with iGaming, design, and digital marketing trends to drive innovation. Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring quality delivery within deadlines. Establish and maintain creative standards, design guidelines, and best practices. Oversee external agencies and freelance creatives where required. Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements based on user engagement and campaign results. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. 4+ years of creative design experience, with at least 2 years in an Art Director or Creative Lead role. Experience within the iGaming, gaming, digital entertainment, or related industry is highly preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, advertising, and creative campaign development. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma. Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
