The successful candidate will support the management team in overseeing production activities, coordinating personnel, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Monitor production activities to ensure targets, quality, and deadlines are achieved. Assist in planning production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and operational costs. Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management. Supervise and coordinate production staff and ensure compliance with company procedures. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Assist in managing and coordinating daily production operations. Identify production challenges and recommend effective solutions. Support the Production Manager/General Manager in achieving operational objectives. Work closely with engineering, maintenance, quality control, procurement, and other departments. Requirements: & Qualifications Candidates who can speak Chinese/Mandarin will have an added advantage. Ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin is highly preferred and will be an added advantage. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of production processes, planning, and operational management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production/management software is an advantage. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Proven experience: in Production Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Candidates with experience: working with Chinese-owned or Chinese-managed manufacturing companies will be particularly advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a closely related field. Preferred Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should be: Technically inclined with good engineering knowledge. Willing to take responsibility and work closely with senior management. Able to analyze production problems and make practical decisions. Strong in team coordination and people management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proactive and result-oriented.
