Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches. Support commercial negotiations and drive opportunities through to closure. Conduct market and client research to identify emerging needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Identify and pursue new client opportunities across Manufacturing, FMCG, and Conglomerate organizations. Provide market insights and contribute to business development strategy and best-practice initiatives. Lead client engagements, understand client needs, and identify opportunities for tailored solutions. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including CFOs, Risk Managers, Heads of Procurement, and C-suite executives. Manage the sales pipeline, CRM records, revenue forecasts, and conversion performance. Collaborate with technical, client service, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Execute business development strategies and sector plans to achieve new business revenue targets. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience: in client origination and account ownership within FMCG, industrial/heavy manufacturing, or conglomerate organizations. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience: in business development, sales, or corporate relationship management in a bank. Demonstrated success managing and growing high-value client accounts and closing complex transactions. An MBA or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Manufacturing, FMCG & Conglomerate sector dynamics, competitive landscape, and client buying behaviour.
