A postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an added advantage. Significant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and commercial leadership, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand growth strategies. Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives.
