In this role, you will partner closely with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Excellence, Logistics, DTPS/IT, Route-to-Market (RTM), and Commercial Managers to drive pricing execution, revenue reporting, rebate management, and commercial decision-making. Your ability to transform financial data into actionable insights will help improve business performance, strengthen controls, and support sustainable growth. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Commercial Excellence and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to implement approved price changes across systems. Prepare and analyze ZPU/Self-Collection reports, providing clear insights into performance against Budget, Revised Estimate, and Prior Year. Deliver month-end volume and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) variance analysis to support business performance reviews. Coordinate unconditional rebate processing and work with Commercial Managers to ensure timely approvals and payments. Partner with DTPS/IT to manage product listing and exclusion across SFA, Hybris, and SAP S/4HANA platforms. Review duplicate customer transactions and ensure timely resolution to prevent duplicate rebate payments. Coordinate quarterly channel rebate computations and system set-up for cluster activities. Prepare and present regional commercial performance reports and dashboards. Support Audit and Internal Control teams by providing evidence for pricing and system governance processes. Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams to support planning activities, customer funding, and continuous process improvements. IS THIS YOU? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in Finance, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment. Experience: partnering with commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong planning, prioritization, and project management capabilities. Experience: with SAP S/4HANA and commercial finance systems is highly desirable. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
