The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations,excellent analytical skills, and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience: in a similar role. Candidates with a degree in Banking and Finance are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Assist with audits by preparing the required financial records and reports. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and reconciliations accurately. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Monitor inventory-related financial transactions where applicable. Requirements: Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in a similar finance role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance (preferred) or a related discipline such as Accounting or Finance.
