We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations. Job Responsibilities: Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with operational standards Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general information or directing calls as needed Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Prior experience: in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage.
