Read more about this company Customer Satisfaction Representative (Poultry Feed) Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 2 - 4 years Location Lagos Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service Job Summary The Customer Satisfaction Representative will drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration for Amo Byng poultry feed products across the Southwest region. The role involves managing relationships with distributors and farmers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of poultry feed products within the assigned territory. Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and dealers. Maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers and key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Ensure timely order processing and payment collection. Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities. Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates. Represent the company professionally during trade events and customer meetings. Requirements B.Sc/HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in feed sales, agro-allied sales, or FMCG sales. Strong knowledge of poultry farming and feed products. Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ability to travel extensively within the Southwest region. A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
