We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Active Security Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and hotel property. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding promptly to security concerns or emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity. Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately. Patrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas. Escort guests or staff to parking areas or other parts of the premises if needed. Work closely with front office, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest safety. Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies. Write clear and detailed incident reports and maintain security logs. Enforce hotel policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. Assist in evacuation or emergency drills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Control access to the property, checking identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors as required. Qualifications & Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO, NCE, OND with 1-2 years experience: Previous experience: in security, law enforcement, or military service (preferred).
