We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Fundraiser Location: Kuje, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The KNOSK Charity Education: Initiative is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Fundraiser to support the organisation in mobilising financial and other resources for its educational and social-impact programmes. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners The Fundraiser will be responsible for identifying and pursuing grants, sponsorships, donor and partnership opportunities Developing compelling proposals and fundraising materials Supporting fundraising campaigns and resource mobilisation activities Tracking fundraising opportunities and targets Providing timely donor communications and reports. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field with at least 2+ years of experience: in fundraising, grant writing, business development, resource mobilization, donor relations, or a related role. Strong networking, negotiation, and organisational skills. Experience: in education, nonprofit, charity, or social-impact organisations is an advantage. Excellent writing, research, communication, and relationship-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is persuasive, resourceful, relationship-oriented, and target-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and convert fundraising prospects into tangible support.
