We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Doctor Location: Endo, Nasarawa Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care to employees and ensuring the effective operation of the clinic. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Doctor to join our factory clinic in Endo, Nasarawa State. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records. Prescribe medications and refer patients to hospitals or specialists when necessary. Ensure proper management and availability of medical supplies and equipment. Monitor and manage occupational health and workplace-related medical cases. Attend to staff and other authorized patients presenting with illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. Work closely with the HR and Safety departments on employee health and welfare matters. Conduct medical consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment. Prepare periodic medical reports and health statistics for management. Provide first aid and emergency medical care when required. Conduct routine health checks and promote preventive healthcare among staff. Advise management on staff health, workplace safety, and medical concerns. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant clinical experience; experience: in occupational or industrial medicine is an advantage. Valid registration and practising licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Must be willing to work in Endo, Nasarawa State. Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies. Ability to work effectively in a factory/industrial environment. Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
