The role includes content planning, publishing, community management, and tracking performance to optimize results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and curate high-quality content (posts, tweets, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and inclusive community. Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms. Handle social media crises and negative feedback in a professional and timely manner.
