The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience: in an HMO, healthcare, or health insurance environment and possess a background in Nursing, Microbiology, Public Health, Health Administration, or other related disciplines. We are seeking a customer-focused, professional, and highly responsive Call Center Executive to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the organisation and its enrollees, providing timely assistance, resolving enquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on outstanding enrollee issues and ensure timely resolution. Liaise with Claims, Medical, Provider, and other relevant departments when necessary. Meet established call center performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Handle inbound and outbound calls from enrollees and prospective clients professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify recurring complaints and escalate trends to management for appropriate action. Provide accurate information regarding benefits, exclusions, authorisations, and company procedures. Assist enrollees with provider-related enquiries and direct them to appropriate healthcare facilities. Respond promptly to enquiries regarding healthcare plans, benefits, providers, approvals, and other HMO-related matters. Handle complaints and ensure appropriate escalation and follow-up until resolution. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when dealing with enrollees. Requirements: Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare services. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or dissatisfied customers. Previous call center or customer service experience: will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Nursing, Microbiology, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related discipline. Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. Must be resident in Lagos or willing to work from the Lagos office. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and listening skills. 2–3 years of relevant experience: in an HMO, healthcare, health insurance, or medical environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
