The IT Support / Systems Officer will provide technical support and ensure the reliability, security and effective operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems and user technology environment. Responsibilities: Implement data backup and recovery procedures. Support cybersecurity and information-security controls. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Liaise with external IT service providers where necessary. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Support network connectivity and infrastructure. Train users on systems and technology. Install, configure and maintain computers and peripherals. Document technical incidents and resolutions. Monitor system performance. Install software and perform system updates. Maintain IT asset registers. Provide first- and second-level technical support.
