The role involves receiving, recording, tracking, and reconciling stock while maintaining proper documentation and preventing inventory loss or discrepancies. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. Track stock movement and update inventory systems accordingly. Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report promptly. Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management as required. Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure adequate stock levels. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures. Minimize stock loss, wastage, and pilferage. Maintain proper documentation of stock transactions and transfers. Support audits by providing accurate inventory records and reports. Requirements: & Qualifications Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
