If you are energetic, well-presented, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting the daily operations of the boutique/store. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, sales confidence, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service: Welcome and assist customers professionally Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Drive sales and achieve individual sales targets Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently Store Operations: Maintain excellent product presentation and store cleanliness Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Support merchandising and promotional activities Process sales transactions accurately Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards Team Support: Work collaboratively with team members Participate in training and product knowledge sessions Contribute positively to the store culture and performance Requirements Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Smart appearance and professional grooming Customer-focused with strong selling ability Energetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented Ability to work flexible retail hours Added Advantage: Experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry, or lifestyle brands Knowledge of customer relationship management and social selling. What We Offer Competitive salary and sales incentives: N120,000 - N180,000 per month.
