The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's licence and passion for learning. Candidate will be trained on the job . We are seeking for a proactive Inspection Officer to support property inspections and assist clients during property viewings. Key Responsibilities: Support the real estate team with property-related field activities. Take clear photos and videos of properties during inspections. Visit and inspect new properties on behalf of the company. Take clients to inspect available properties. Provide accurate information and feedback on inspected properties. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Must know how to drive. Must possess a valid driver's licence. Must be willing to learn and develop professionally. Possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND / HND with 2- 4years work experience: Must reside around the Ikota–Ajah axis. Previous experience: in real estate is an added advantage. N120,000 - N140,000 / Month.
