Ensure expenditures align with donor regulations and budget milestones. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual organisational budgets and project-specific budgets. Provide regular cash flow forecasts and variance analyses. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
