Read more about this company Recruiter Job Type Full Time , Remote Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 1 - 4 years Location Job Field Human Resources / HR Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month Role Overview The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping Regolith attract and hire high-performing talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and continuously improve our recruitment process. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Draft and publish compelling job descriptions. Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. Negotiate offers and support candidates through onboarding. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. Stay informed on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and employer branding best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for technical, operations, customer support, or business roles. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms. Excellent interviewing and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies. Familiarity with international hiring and remote work environments.
