We're not looking for someone who only posts on Instagram. We're looking for someone who can build a brand, create content that connects with people, grow an engaged community, and turn attention into sales. What You'll Do Plan and execute monthly content calendars. Create high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Develop creative content ideas that reflect the 2207 brand. Cover behind-the-scenes shoots, launches and brand events. Manage our Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. Write engaging captions and strong calls-to-action. Respond to comments, messages and build an active online community. Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using analytics. Work closely with the creative and production team to plan campaigns. Use AI tools to improve content planning, ideation and creative execution. Stay updated with fashion trends, content trends and social media updates. What We're Looking For Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience: in Content Creation or Social Media Management. Strong portfolio of fashion, beauty or lifestyle content. Excellent video shooting and editing skills. Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and other editing tools. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends. Experience: using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI or similar to support content creation and productivity. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Passion for fashion and premium brands. Added Advantage: Photography or videography skills. Experience: working with fashion or luxury brands. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics. Experience: running influencer or UGC campaigns. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate should be able to: Increase brand visibility. Grow an engaged online community. Produce premium-quality content consistently. Improve engagement across social platforms. Support marketing campaigns that contribute to sales. Use AI effectively to improve speed, creativity and productivity without compromising originality.
