The Job Oversee the design and development of promotional materials and support the development of promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness, trial, preference, usage, and loyalty while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning Event ownership, activations & management: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on the planning, monitoring, and execution of promotional activities and events to drive value creation, improve brand performance, and achieve sales objectives in the marketplace Measure and report performance of all sales and marketing events for assigned brands and assess against set performance goals (ROI and KPIs) Channel development – strengthen existing B2B sales channels and develop new adjacent channels to improve performance via insight generation and execution of strategies Market place knowledge, insight generation, regional category plans development and execution for B2B sales Support the development of insight-driven (Above-the-Line) ATL marketing communications. Monitor and ensure the effective utilization of the marketing budget by tracking expenditures and supporting the development and implementation of marketing tactics that drive volume, market share, profitability, and overall business performance targets. Qualification HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related discipline.
