Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Documenting and reporting client complaints and equipment status (fail to report, etc) to the customer service team and technical team. Attend to verified emergency signals and dispatch relevant first responders (police, fire department, and ambulance) to such locations. Monitoring security patrol activities through use of tracking system and radio communication (every hour) in all zones Assist customer service staff in retrieving clients’ details from the monitoring computer. Confirming and documenting Zulus attendance in all the zones. (where applicable) Enrolling of new subscribers and suspending default subscribers in conjunction with the Customer Service Department and the Technical Department Monitoring of power source (inverter/PHCN/generator) changeover.
