Key Responsibilities: Explain the company’s value proposition clearly to prospects and customers. Provide regular reports on marketing activities, customer responses, challenges, and opportunities. Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, community engagement, and direct sales activities. Identify, approach, and onboard vendors, merchants, and service providers. Meet weekly and monthly marketing, sales, onboarding, and activation targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, customer feedback, and market activities. Promote products and services to customers, vendors, and business partners. Represent the company professionally during field engagements, activations, and marketing activities. Drive app downloads, customer sign-ups, and active usage. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active users or partners. Requirements: Must be willing to work with targets and performance-based commission. Must be confident, presentable, proactive, and target-driven. Must have good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Experience: in app marketing, logistics, delivery services, FMCG, vendor onboarding, or marketplace platforms is an added advantage.
