This role requires a strong closer who is confident in communicating with prospective students, professionals, business owners, and corporate organizations, with the goal of driving enrollments and long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be highly persuasive, sales-driven, proactive, and capable of handling both inbound and outbound sales conversations effectively. The role involves following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, converting returning customers, pitching training solutions to corporate organizations, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a performance-focused role suited for someone with strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for sales and customer conversion. Key Responsibilities: Convert inbound leads into paying students and clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, consultations, and follow-ups Follow up consistently with prospective students and warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries Re-engage returning customers and past students for additional programs, certifications, and upsell opportunities Identify and convert corporate organizations interested in staff training, digital marketing solutions, or partnership opportunities Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs or services Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, students, corporate clients, and prospects Handle objections professionally and confidently while guiding prospects through the decision-making process Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions using CRM systems or internal tracking tools Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversion strategies and customer experience: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion performance reports Represent the institute professionally and positively during customer interactions, events, and business meetings Support promotional campaigns, webinars, info sessions, and student recruitment initiatives where required Requirements: and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred Proven experience: in sales closing, admissions sales, telesales, business development, or customer conversion roles Experience: selling training programs, educational services, digital products, or professional services is an advantage Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident speaking with professionals, business owners, and corporate decision-makers Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain customer engagement Strong follow-up and customer management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset Good organisational and time-management skills Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and sales tools Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment Offers and Benefits: Remuneration: Between NGN150,000 and NGN170,000 monthly, plus commission on every closure made.
