A recently operational 4-Star Hotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead its growing hospitality operation in Onitsha, Anambra State. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners and other business partners. Prepare operational and financial reports and provide management with actionable recommendations. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction, complaints and online reviews, and continuously improve service quality. Drive room occupancy, revenue and profitability through effective sales and business-development strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, security and regulatory requirements. Ensure rooms, facilities and public areas remain clean, functional and well maintained. Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational processes. Control operating costs, inventory, procurement and wastage. Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments. Lead, train and motivate hotel staff while maintaining accountability and professionalism. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field. Proven experience: managing multiple hotel departments and hospitality teams. Minimum 5 years' relevant hotel/hospitality experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management position.
