The role involves generating leads, closing sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures. Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product and service improvements. Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers within approved company guidelines. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues where necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
