We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Logistics Officer Location: Lekki Free Zone - Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Base operations coordination: Inbound and outbound goods validations and revalidations. Timely dispatch of validated goods. Form M and PAAR processing: Adherence to supply chain processes and procedures. Weekly logistics reporting: Coordinating port operations in collaboration with clearing agents. Planning & Coordinating skills, including shipment scheduling, resource allocation, route optimization, and contingency planning. Oilfield materials management, including OCTG handling and storage. Coordinating transportation, delivery and ensuring regulatory compliance. Understanding of the entire logistics process, from sourcing to warehousing and delivery. Risk and compliance management: Knowledge of import/export legislation and safety compliance issues. Liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents. Person Specification Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license. University Degree Ideal candidate: Honest and hardworking, confident with good social skills, team player, resourceful, energetic, agile learner, detail-oriented. Minimum of 3 years’ experience: Required Competencies: Understanding and adhering to regulations related to global trade is required for international operations. Excellent interpersonal & relationship management skills, attention to detail. Problem Solving skills, ability to quickly identify, analyse and resolve issues that arise in logistics operations. Knowledge of transportation management is necessary for ensuring efficient movement of goods.
