We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Officer to support the financial operations of our warehouse and distribution business. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience, strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial transactions within a warehouse or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances. Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions. Prepare invoices, receipts and payment documentation. Identify and report financial discrepancies. Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to reconcile stock-related transactions. Reconcile cash, bank and transaction records. Support payroll and other finance-related activities. Track sales, expenses, payments and receipts. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a warehouse, logistics or distribution company. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Must be trustworthy and able to handle financial information with confidentiality. Experience: with accounting or inventory management software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. OND, HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. Good communication and organisational skills. N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
