Ability to source and evaluate reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Experience: obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices, and securing favourable commercial terms. Good knowledge of procurement processes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery documentation, and supplier records. Ability to procure engineering materials, tools, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and general office/site requirements. Strong understanding of project procurement, cost control, and budget monitoring. Ability to track purchase orders from requisition through sourcing, approval, delivery, and documentation. Experience: maintaining an organised procurement database and supplier/vendor register. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple procurement requests, and meet project deadlines.
