The Regional Manager, Medical Operations, will provide medical and operational leadership for Oceanic Health Management Limited's healthcare activities within the assigned region, ensuring effective service delivery, provider performance, and quality of care. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical and operational guidance to regional teams. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services delivered to members. Support the resolution of complex clinical and member-related issues. Collaborate with central medical operations and other departments. Provide leadership for regional medical operations. Monitor provider performance and adherence to agreed standards. Review medical utilization and identify opportunities for improved cost and quality management. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the region. Prepare and review regional medical operations reports. Manage relationships with healthcare providers within the region. Minimum Requirements: Valid registration and license to practice in Nigeria. Relevant experience: in healthcare management, HMO operations, managed care, or a related environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead healthcare teams and manage stakeholders. Must be a medical doctor with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Required Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. Excellent leadership and relationship-management skills.
